Our Return Policy

As part of our commitment to you, our straightforward returns policy ensures that if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will put it right.

Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded within 30 days of your order.

Any opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of your order.

If the Øthers App tool has been used, then purchases are non-refundable.

To return products, please email contact@others.co and state your order number and postcode. We will cover the cost of your return postage together with your product once we receive the order back at our warehouse.  Your refund will be added to the card you placed your order with.
